2000 4,0 in a 94

the 2000 has no dist.will this engine accept a dist?could i swap the 94 dist in this engine?should i keep looking for something older?
 
Yup, Swap in the parts you need including the fuel injectors as they are different. Different connectors and resistance values. If you can, keep the 2000 intake manifold as it really helps the hiway performance.
