alright i have my whole motor back together and now it wont start.:rattle:
everything is hooked back up and plugged in.
was not getting spark at first hooked the coil back up got spark but no start.
when i installed the cam i put the cam back in the same as the old one and kept the timing marks pointed at eachother with cylinder 1 at the top. and nothing got changed.
and when i put the distributor in i pointed it at #1 plug and put it in
my friend says i may not have had it at TDC
not sure what you call it but the thing next to the harmonic balancer that has the degrees on it, what number should it be on when at tdc? it goes from 0 to 24 or so. its an 88
also when i turn the ignition off my shift light and brake light stay on. so i suspect an electrical problem now..
