i dont mean to be rude but have you worked out your shipping and c.s. issues yet. if youve been gone for a while maybe you should read a few threads. alot of guys here have had not so great of luck with ballistic but deal with it because they like your parts. just thought id be straight with you.

I appreciate the straight up question, it's the way I like to deal with things.

Have we solved every issue that might arise? No.
Are we working to? Yes!
Have we eliminated many issues? Absolutely!

Changes have been put in place, and I have spoken about them here as well as many other places. Staff changes are the biggest. We have new staff on the sales floor and are constantly tweeking our operation. Without letting any secrets out too early, we have even bigger changes coming over the summer.

As for now, Chad, Kyle, Nathan and myself are working with all of the customers on a daily basis. Typically, you will get Chad, Kyle or Nathan...but if ANYTHING is a concern, I would encourage you to call me at the shop, or on my cell phone.

The staff has been empowered and are expected to offer top notch customer service from day one. If that slips, we correct it. Everyone falls down, it is what you do once you get back up that counts!
