she's a half veg, fish, lobster but no beef or chicken, pork etc.

Although combined to some, she would then be a Pescatarian (sp?), not a full vegetarian.

Bring some fish, grill/fry it, and add it to some tortillas and rice/beans.

I can bring up a cooler full, Dunno if I'll be up soon enough to get the drinks cold though. maybe leave them in the shade for the day?
