Loose Bolts

could three loose bolts on a flexplate be enough to keep it from running?

Loose enough to be removed without tools and only fingures.

will it screw up the signals that are supposed to be going to the computer through the CPS?

any thoughts?

Maybe if it was moving around enough and damaged the tone wheel, teeth on fly wheel, or starter gear.

i had a broken drive plate(like it came out in 2 pieces broken) but it still ran fine

Was it easy to start? Any teeth missing? Sorry I must have mis-read the post. Keep it from running I was thinking about keeping it from starting. My bad.

ironically it was fine, i thought it was a spun bearing(the noise)
