If it a good idea to move the lcas as forward in the frame mounts as possible? We noticed there is about 3/4 inch of adjustment on my jeep. It seems to me the axle is back a little aster the lift, its it a good idea to adjust them forward? I'm waiting to save up for some iron man adj. Lcas but until then I want to sort this out

Thank s

That adjustment in the frame is so you can correct your caster vs the fixed uppers.

I wouldnt go and just move them unless your caster is off, and then only what is required to get it right. Most likely leaving it alone is the best bet. Moving them all the way forward could have detrimental effects on handling .. or worse.

Any suggestions on how to do this int the driveway or should I just take it to get aligned?

driveway alignment of the tie rod should get you to the alignment shop.

any reputable shop should give you a free check, and print you out the numbers. also, the guys i had do mine were 4x4 specialists, and were away of the adjustable track bar, and other goodies. do your HW and have it done professionally.

anyone know of a 4x4 specialty shop in Chicagoland? Joliet, il?

Wont a regular alignment shop set it to factory angles? Wouldnt that be way off? Jeep rides ok, but I can tell it needs to be aligned properly, its especially noticable at full lock in the parking lot
