Long arms is what you will be needing!!!
But yes center of yoke to center of yoke. Make sure you have the tires you will be running on, and it is on fairly level ground.

You bet,it could be on jack stands,as long as the axles are carrying the weight of the vehicle.Tire size doesn't change the lift height,still got a $100 to play with?
