My next project is to piece together a budget exhaust kit. Hopefully someone will find the information helpful.

My mechanic will be installing the exhaust manifold:
Ebay Jeep 4.0L Stainless Exhaust Manifold & Gasket

Next we have the front pipe:
Walker Exhaust 54488 Front Pipe

I installed this cat a few months back:
Walker 15773 Catalytic Converter - Standard Direct Fit

Rounding out the setup will be:
Dynomax 17340 Super Turbo Aluminized Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System

I'd like to use some of these:

2-1/4" Torctite Preformed Exhaust Lap Joint Clamp, Brushed Stainless Steel

A couple of questions before I make my purchases...

Will everything fit together?

Do I get 2-1/4" clamps or 2-3/4" clamps? Just two?

How many Exhaust Insulator will I need?

Am I missing anything?

search the PN on RockAuto, they may have it cheaper.

Installing a exhaust manifold is pretty straight forward, save some cash and do it yourself. Also, Walker/ Dynomax makes a nice flowmaster clone for about $40.
