4.0 out of a 2001 and tranny from the same!

Both run motor needs a head gasket and the tranny AW4 runs like a champ!

what is the mileage on the transmission and would I be correct in assuming the torque converter is included. I would like to swap out my ax15 in my 97 and looks like the price is right...

It has about 160k on it and yes on the coverter!
