Hub Cover for XJ Hub

Just wondering if anyone knows of a metal hub cover to fit over the outside of an XJ hub to help reduce the tendency of the spindle and spindle nut to rust. I found some rubber trailer hub covers that are just the perfect size but Don't think they'd handle the disk brake heat well. Anyone know of a metal cup that would fit? Thanks for any suggestions.

I just let it rust... guess you could swab it with grease and put a hub cap on.

Take the hub to the auto parts store, any parts store worth a turd will have a bunch of different sized metal covers in stock.

Anti-Sieze on the threads before the nut goes on should be more than enough to keep it from rusting to the axle stub, the end of the shaft is not threaded so at worst you would only have to turn it past 3 threads or so of rust.
