Hi my 1999 daily driver leaf springs are shot.

I was wondering which of these are better, I believe these are a little more HD then the one's I have, my current shot one's are 3 leafs.

These won't make the ride to firm I hope, I am currently using 4 bilstein shocks which make the ride stiff but not bad.

xj springs have 4 leaves standard. and even with 4 leaves they still sack out pretty quick. if you have a build sheet for your jeep there is usually a code its what the (lt, zgw, zvw) is next to the description of your choices. that is your rear spring code and it will tell you if you have the driver side or the passenger side spring and which model it is suppose to replace. im not 100% but that code might be on your spring too. if not and you dont have a build sheet call the jeep dealer in your area and then can help you get one. as for your two choices in sure people have had great success with these springs but i have no experience with them. i would check quadratec, your jeep dealer or, napa. you will probably need to get bushings for your new leaf packs most i find dont come with them. good luck and get some pb blaster.

Both links are for the exact same part. They are the Crown replacements for the "Up Country" suspension package. Higher rate, about 1" lift, stiffer ride, much better for towing/hauling, IMO. Same springs you'd get from Rusty's, Quadratec, 4WDH, JCWhitney, etc.

First link is Morris's selection of stock replacements, second is the factory codes and Crown replacements. You should be able to figure out what's what with a little reading (and with some luck, you'll still be able to read the numbers off your springs).
