I'm stumped

Hello all,I'm at the end of my rope with this 2000 4.0 Cherokee. It spins over but will not start, at first it was a no start and after help on this forum I found a faulty crank sensor. I drove it about 10 miles and parked it for a few days and once again no start. I checked for power at the coil rail-no power next to the ASD relay, relay's good, got power from the battery, got power from the ignition, checked continuity between relay and coil power, checked continuity between cav 3 at the gray pcm harness and relay, checked new CPS- no resistance between B & C, tried another good computer, still no power at the coil rail. I'm out of ideas, any new ones would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Cam sensor?

Will that keep you from getting power to the coil rail? is that more of a timing issue?
