help with dana 35

my dana 35 limited slip c clip reaend that i bought from mojojojo years ago has been making a grinding noise only on take off and only when its warm, all other driving it makes no noise. So i inspected it today and all the gears looked really good but i found some cracked trac lock spacers that are moving around behind the drivers side spider gear. Is there anyway to fix this easy without have to reset the ring and pinion? if not then im looking for a new used rear end. thanks if you can help me.

You dont need to reset the gears to repair the clutches.

You answered your own question. Don't waste your time with the D35C. Get a 8.25 with 29 spline shafts at a junk yard.

has anyone else done this and could walk me through the steps. i could not find a writeup on this.
