Relay + Switch box

I am buying up all the parts that I need to build up the second version of wiring for my rig. Currently I have a switch box that I milled out of a hunk of aluminum (first time milling out anything, and to say the least its not my normal quality of work) and all the wiring is house wire which is not very flexible. So I am on the second build part of electrical on my rig.

I am making a main control box that will hold all my acc. fuses, relays and distribution power blocks as well as my wig wag hazard flasher box (the most current project). This block will have CAT5 wires to control my switch box, so there won't be abunch of 12 g. wires being routed all over the place.

Most of the stuff I have been able to track down over a very wide range of different websites, but there are a few more parts that I can't fine.
- A relay harness that is a five pin and one that has a mounting bracket build onto the harness end. The only relays harness that I have been able to find are the ones that have the mounting bracket on the relay it self. Looking for a relay block more like a fuse block.
- Also looking for a cheap site that cares a bulk order of about 12 toggle switches. I would like to have blue LED toggle switches with chrome or black. Need just a simple on/off type switch. I've seen the ones on ebay but they come from China. And lets face it I really don't want china man crap.
- Also I am having a very dificult time finding a custom size aluminum box. Needs to be approxiametly 4" by 7" or 8" Wide and 5 1/2" Deep. Would like to have the top mounted with hinges and were it can be screwed closed and is water tight obviously.

If anyone can help with these parts it would help greatly.

Thanks

Relay blocks: http://www.rallylights.com/SearchResult.aspx?CategoryID=228 I was going to get the 4 gang splash proof one but the second one over sound more like what you are looking for.

Switches: http://www.google.com/products/cata...=X&ei=gniFTZuGMoTCsAO7_OyIAg&ved=0CJABEPMCMAc# I have a couple of these and they work fine but I am pretty sure they are chinese junk.

For the aluminum box I would go to a local welding shop and see what it would cost to have one fabbed up. You might want to get all the stuff you are going to have inside it all figured out before you have it made. It would suck if it ended up too small.

I use these for my mini relays:

They come with 6 terminals each and you crimp them on and wire them up any way you want them. They also gang together which makes them more compact and easier to mount. Here's mine:

If you're trying to keep it more compact you could also use the micro relays and mounts:
