!!!4x4 no werky!!!

ok now 4 lo isn't working. it won't hold. i get it in place and then it pops right out. same with 4 hi? np231. i know the problem with the vacuum line on the disco, but to me this just doesn't sound like something that simple. but then again i don't know. any tips?

Sounds like you either lost the little plastic pads on the shift for or the shift for is bent.

Double check the linkage is working right before you tear into that though. I like to unhook the linkage, measure where each notch is then hook the linkage back up and run it though the range and measure again.
