Fuel Pump Relay

The FSM says to replace the fuel pump if the current draw reaches or exceeds 10a, so I wonder if they use a lower rated relay. I installed a Walbro 255lph pump in-tank and I am having issues where it will stop working. When I power on all I hear is a click from the pump. I was able to get the pump to run on a bench. The Walbro says it draws 12-13a, I am trying to determine if the new pump is bad or overloading the relay capabilities.

Might be I found a listing on autozone, and it didn't specify the size, but it looked like a standard relay

it's a pretty standard mini ISO relay, I'd bet on 20 to 40 amps, probably 20 or 30.

Poke around a bit with the DMM and FSM when it shuts off and find out where the power stops?
