shocks?

hey guys, im running a 3" lift, soon going to be a 4 1/2" im currently running RC shocks and i've been pleased with them, since im going up in height i figured its time for taller shocks.... im looking at RC again all around $30-$35ea.

any suggestions of other brands?

i really dont want to spend $250+ on a set of shocks simply because as cheap as rough country's were i liked them.

what do you guys run? by the way this is a DD

I've been running a set of RE monotubes for the last year and I have to say they are the best shocks I've ever had. Much more stable on the street and excellent control on the trails. They are $320 a set though but well worth it. I would try to avoid anything that says hydro on it, gas charged shocks are way better.

You could add some 1" bar-pin eliminators and keep your current ones

If you are not already bottomed out with flex, you might be able to use your current ones. IF anything use BPE's.
