it went from 1 thing to the other
i ended up changing the cps and now when i turn the key to
on, it buzzes in acc. but in on it doesnt roll over
headlights came on bright, but
it doesnt crank at all... please help

Try to start it with the tranny in neutral - if the engine turns over when in neutral then it is the neutral safety switch (NSS). If so, clean it (search for how to clean it).

i hate when i make dumb mistakes
it ended being... the jeep wouldnt start because it was in R....
smh..... i couldnt believe it!!! but a glance at it in the light and wow!!!
once i figured that out! It started again but stop immediately
I grabbed the haynes and troubleshooted
realizing the gauge might not be accurate, i added some fuel to the tank
and a quick check at the distributer, made me come accross a wire at the coil just a click short.... baby started right up!!!!
thanks guys!!

Whats does that mean in lay terminology?

It was in reverse and you ran out of fuel and the coil wire was off??

thats what i got out of it, except im guessing the fuel was fine...

SINCITY: your first plan of action should allways be to go-over whatever you messed with since it was last running, especially if your prone to stuff like this. know your weaknesses, prevent mistakes. grabbing the haynes manual did nothing, nor did posting this thread...
