electrical help needed......

Seams ive lost my brake,tail, turn signal and dash lights,checked the fuses under the dash and they seam fine.does anybody know where or what else i should be looking for.Not sure if its related,but the trans has stopped shifting automatically,and will only shift manually,any info will be appreciated....
