Power Draw Issue

Alright, this all started when i had replaced my water pump. when i press the window control for the passenger side window, i have a power draw that dims the interior lights and when the motor is running it bogs down the motor as well. The passenger side window only goes down and not up, i checked the window motor and it works fine, i don't know what it could be. Help would be awesome. Thanx

Verify the fan belt is tight enought and ensure you routed the belt properly.
You can compare the belt routing to the decal that is usually on the upper radiator support.
If both are correct then the next step would be inspect the connections on the alternator and ensure one of the large fuses in the PDC (Power Distribution Center) are not blown.
If all fuses test good; then have the alternator load tested.
