Bushwacker flat style fender flare backspacing?!?!

I just spent about 2 hours researching, and maybe i just fail at researching, but i can't seem to find a solid answer on what backspacing to use for the bushwacker flat style flares with 33x12.50 tires on a 15X8 rim. Because of Utah's strict fender flare coverage laws, i can't have my tires sticking out past the flares. Thanks

They should fit whatever you run. I have a pair of really wide custom 9 inch axles in mine, along with alot of backspacing on my 33's. They fit perfect under there. If you have stock axles, you could run any size backspacing you want. It provides about 5 inches of tire coverage.

I run 4.75" of backspacing with mine and they fit fine with a 35x12.5, a mate runs 4" of backspacing and it is about the minimum that will still let them cover a 12.5" wide tyre.

We also have strict laws re coverage.

Cheers
Steve
