Gauge pod and coolant temp.

Does anyone make a guage pod for the pillar? Also I measured the head temp with a infrared thermometer today. With my temp gauge at 210 it measured 190 at the back of the head and 200 at the thermostat housing. Where do I want to measure from?

Oh and in case anyone needs to know for any reason, the exhaust manifold read about 530.
