Sheared track bar bracket bolt

In trying to remove my track bar bracket to install my IRO adjustable unit, I sheared off one of the vertical bolts that attaches the track bar bracket to the inner frame rail. The remaining 3 are on tight even after soaking with PB for a few days. Any suggestions on getting the broken one out?

drill it out.

heat and smack it a few times wit ha BFH to try and break it lose. drilling and retaping would be my last resort if i broke them.

there just weld nuts, if its the frt one you can get at it from the top, just break that sucker and use a bolt and nut, the back one is alot trickier
