Ive searched and searched, and searched again. not saying im any good at it, but I tried hard.

I need to find weights and dimensions for a fully dressed 4.0 ho.

dimensions... that's gonna take a CAD file to express fully.

Weight - high 400s to low 500s depending on how fully dressed you mean. With or without fluids? With or without starter/alt/PS pump/AC compressor?

thanks for the straight answer, thats what i was looking for.

Im considering a 4bt swap, just trying to look at numbers side by side.

Do you have any idea how tall it is, bottom of pan to top of valve cover? how about length?

Id go out and measure mine, but im out of town at the moment.

I can get you those measurements shortly (if I can find my tape measure), I am heading to my storage unit and I have a 4.0 on a stand there.

I'll also get height from bottom of the high portion of the pan (where it goes over the axle) and approx width from motor mount crossbolt to crossbolt.

Thought you needed more exact numbers when I wrote my last post.
