My newest creation - Front Winch Bumper

Just thought I would share...

Thought I would make a front bumper that resembled the factory look to match the rear bumper I made...

So I just finished it... which incorporated the factory side pieces. It's made of .250" (1/4) and .187" (3/16) steel. Have not had a chance to put the winch on yet...will do that this weekend, I hope! :)

WOW! Could you link to a bigger pic straight on? Just want to inspect how the plastic mates up with the metal part.
 
NICE!

I've been planning something very similar.

The only difference is that I wanted to do a hidden winch... But can see the benefits of mounting it like you do.

I was planning on making my plastic pieces easily removable so they could come off when their likely to get beat up. Best of both worlds since mine is a daily driver.

Could we get larger pics and ones that show how the trim pieces attach?

Looks nice but how do the front corners protect anything?
