someone stole my stero out of my 89 xj. they broke the trim peice any one know what years might fit.

I may be wrong, but I thought they made a slight change in the shape of the part that goes over the steering column when they changed steering column designs in 95, but I haven't checked closely, and I'm not at home to look at my 89 spare one.

You may be right. I wasn't thinking about the steering column.

Okay, to be safe revise my previous response to include only 1984 thru 1994.

thanks for info no one had one. had to go to dealer.
