Non antilock axle in an antilock jeep

The po put a non antilock axle in my 89 but it has antilock. will this damage anything?

Pull the abs relay, and you will be fine. If you wish to make the ABS work, it is considerably more work

NEVER DO THIS WITH THE EARLY ABS SYSTEM--IT CAN GET YOU KILLED.

THERE IS NO SEPARATE BOOSTER WITH THE EARLY ABS SYSTEM, SO ONCE THE PRESSURE HAS BEEN DEPLETED YOU HAVE SOME SERIOUSLY POOR BRAKING IN A SYSTEM THAT HAD SERIOUSLY POOR BRAKING TO BEGIN WITH.

THE EARLY ABS SYSTEM HAS TO BE REPLACED WITH A NON-ABS BOOSTER, MC, AND PEDAL ASSEMBLY OR REPAIR THE ABS SYSTEM AND CONTINUE TO RUN IT AS DESIGNED.
