powertorqe long block

Thinking of purchasing a powertorqe long block from a local auto parts store and wondering if anyones used this brand or knows anything of it... 1991 l6 242 4.0 motor just don't feel like rebuilding it myself.

I did let a friend talk me into putting one of those in a vehicle one time--ONE TIME--that thing was hung around my neck for two years with varying problems.

How about a low-mileage salvage yard engine for about 1/2-1/3 of the cost?

I have NEVER had any luck using a high-volume rebuilder. I've installed 3 engines that were purchased through various builders and they were all crap.
