First Year for Air Bags

IIRC, 95 is the first year for airbags. My 94 does not have them.

I think all of the 4.0ls were FI, so that'd be 1988 with the Renix system. Can't tell you about the 2.5l I4s, though. I think the 2.8l V6s were all carbed.
 
The 2.5L in 86 came with throttle body injection.

you are correct on 95's being the first year with airbags, but it was 87 that th renix fuel injection came
