Ok maybe folks have seen this
I have a 1998 Jeep Cherokee- 130K on the ticker
the typical 4.0/NP231/AW4

When I bought it it pulled hard to the left when in 4wd at low speeds, doesn't happen in 2wd.
I did the following-
Swapped in NP242
Changed Steering nuckles that had bad divots on the brake guides
Pulled diff cover and inspected/changed fluids.
Changed brakes/rotors

Wheels/Hubs spin freely on jack stands.

Thinking it might be time to check the calipers- and change them. also take out the front drive line and test drive it.
Anyone have thoughts?

Under what conditions would it pull left--braking, driving straight ahead?

I just had the same issue on my 90. I did a quick shake down and I have a bad outer tire rod end on the right side and if Im not mistaken a bad left side wheel bearing. Ichecked the brake rotors and didnt see any signs of a dragging caliper too.

Might give the front end a good shake down and go from there.
