Where can I buy a new front driveshaft made with Dana Spicer componets. I am also looking to get a longer spline.

Do you have a driveshaft shop near you? They can re-tube, supply longer splines and yokes etc.

I doubt you will find an "off-the-shelf" DS from any vendor that specifies it comes with Spicer.
Also, a NEW DS is going to run you $250+ depending on your particulars.
I think you should reconsider Cruiser54's suggestion, especially as you seem to want a "custom" length slip.

I just bought a Tom Woods front ds for 304 shipped.
All new parts, and built to the length I spec'd.
The slip yoke has a full length spline setup, and it has a rubber boot.
