what gears to go with

Just thought I would reach out for some ideas. I am runnin 32X11.5 tires now. D30 front 8.25 rear. 5spd with 3.07 gears. I am regearing and was thinking of going to 4.10 but one day will probably go to 35" tires. would 4.10 be good for 35s or should i go higher on the gears now. But will going higher now be a problem for the time when I am still with the 32s. Thanks
