4.0 from XJ to TJ

I'm pretty knowledgeable on swaps from Renix to HO and vice-versa but I'm lost here.

I've got a 98 Cherokee parts car with a good running 4.0 for sale.
A guy with a 97 TJ wants to know if my XJ 4.0 will bolt into his TJ.

Anyone with actual experience?

Nevermind. www.car-parts.com is a website a buddy gave me to check out. He used to work at a JY. The motors are interchangeable.
