Missing Shop

So i was driving back from my weekly petrol fill up and i always drive by Off Road Unlimited on Hayden and Raintree next to the Lamborghini dealer :thumbup:. and than It just disappeared and is currently vacant. so what happened to the place

May have shut down that shop like they did the Mesa shop. lots of shops have been falling pray to the economy..
