p0630 cyl 6 misfire

So today I went and started my 00 xj to let it warm up and it threw a code saying cyl 6 mixture. It's ruining really rough and it will no go over 3000 rpm under load. Any ideas...it was running perfect last night. Oh it is also wanti.g to idle between 2000 and 25000 elms.

Ok. So I just went and started it again and its running fine...wtf. still wants to idle high in park.

Good possibility I was half asleep. It said cyl 6 misfire.
