4"lift, JCR OTK steering and stock trac bar mount?

I've been researching lately and it seems that when you get OTK steering you need to relocate the TB mount above the axle to keep the drag link and TB parallel but this varies with different lift heights. I have 4" of lift, would the stock TB mount keep the TB and the drag link for the OTK steering parallel?

Nope,lift height doesn't matter,its about mounting points and angles.
