Are these stock tweeters and what is this thing on my seat belt buckle?

Are these stock on the 97 country?

What are these circle pads for? stock also? they're only on the front buckles.

Not stock, and I think they're so the belt buckle doesn't scratch the center console. Mine has them too.

The factory ones I've seen are built into that mirror piece kinda like this

I have a 97 and that is definitely not a stock tweeter however it does look like the ones that come with the after-market Infinity component speakers that has a separate tweeter.

Snail is correct about the pads being there to prevent the buckle from scratching the center console over time.

Here is a picture of the factory Infinity Gold tweeter that came in 97+ XJs. The funny thing is it hides an after-market Infinity Reference series component tweeters that I modified to fit behind the factory plastic panel on the door here. Worked out great and sounds is easily 10X better than factory. I still have the factory amp running everything and I couldn't be happier with the set-up with how much I spent.
