Tera Flex 2 low install problem

Just installed a new Tera Flex 2 low kit into my spare 231 and now I can't get it to shift at all. I have it out on the bench and trimmed the shaft 1/2" per the directions but it still seems to be stuck. Tried it again after removing the sye extension housing and still no go. Am I missing something?

Yeah,the instructions!Seriously,youv'e obviously mis-istalled something,231's are a breeze!

Go back through it again, something is wrong! My 2-low is smooth and I love it, great mod.

Check to make sure you didnt put the syncro sleeve in backwards.

Thanks for the info. Don't know what was causing it to bind but we took it all apart again and put it back together and it works fine.

Mine was very hard to shift on the work bench before i installed it but like i stated in a earlier post, it shifts great now. You sometimes have to turn either the input or output shaft to get everything lined up so it will shift in and out.
