power steering pressure valve inlet coming loose

I have a 99 XJ limited with the 4.o that I just replaced the power steering pump on with a new high pressure hose on and I noticed that the high pressure inlet has come loose with the high pressure line still tight? Anyone else have this issue? The only thing I can think of is I didn't double check that the inlet was tight to begin with, silly me now that I have to take it all apart now, which is a pain.
