hi i have "peeped" much useful information from NAXJA but not really posted much and need to break my bubble.. i am from the greater slc area and have owned a 91 xj for 10 years now. recently i have purchased a 99 due to the wear and tear on my old jeep. the 99 is mostly stock with the addition of shackle relocation brackets and mj shackles. i broke the horrid weld nut trying to relieve my saggy rear. but the springs are not going to hold up much longer they are neg as we speak. it flexes great though lol. i have almost everything i need for lift to go on but would like some advice on track bar and if anyone has had luck with a bastard pack?
i still have the 91 sittin in back it runs great leaks lot of oil and needs many minor repairs to be a decent road vehicle again. but with 240k on the odo i am sure to not get much money for it.. was looking to part it out and not sure what route to go. i dont have a way to remove it from my yard with out axles so i was planning on taking it to my work shop for a week at most but i am not certain what parts would be worth taking off to sell.. of the axles on it are going under the 99 so i assume i can sell the newer set for a decent price. and if anybody in the area needs something the jeep is whole at the present time. any and all input would be much appreciated. i am some what mechanicly inclined and my job includes a LOT of welding.
