 I am doing a swap from ABS to regular power brakes. I have a '91 with master cylinder and booster from an '88. I am going to put in new hard lines and proportioning valve. My question is do I need a pro. valve from an 88 or should I go with a different year? I have found adjustable valves from several companies and was wondering if that is a better way to go? If so, how should I adjust them? Would the adjustable work better if I do an upgrade later on? I also have the axles from the 88 to swap in, they are stock for now (I know I should upgrade, just no money right now). Any help would be much appreciated.

I didn't change the prop valve, everything works fine. I think I had to rebend like 2 lines or something and reflare for the new MC. I ripped the ABS from my 91 and went to a 95 dual diaphram booster. The jeep stops great now. :) 95 booster and mc require the 95 pedal.

So, you just modified the lines from the ABS, and they worked? Do you happen to know if I will need a pedal from an 88 to fit my 88 MC? Do you happen to know if the brake hoses will work, or if I need new ones? The axles are from an 88 also. Thank you for your advice.
