Hello guys
Anyone in Yucca, Lake Havasu, or Kingman?
I have recently interviewed for a new job in Yucca and was curious to see how are the areas I listed are for an xj owner and a family man.
I figure I see what info I can collect before making any decisions.
Trying to figure out where out of the three I should concentrate on to move.
I think the XJ will be happy the bimmer might enjoy the straight roads.
If anybody can inform me on the school systems any help is appreciated
Thanks Guys

Ford job? Yucka is in the boonies. BUT, close to Los Angeles, Laughlin, Lake Mead, Vegas, Sedona, Prescott, Lake Havasu and Flagstaff. Even the grand canyon isn't too far.
For info on schools, go to greatschools.com you can see how each school is rated. Good luck !

Havasu is the hottest place in the US.. Temprature wise.. I'd shoot for kingman better weather and cheaper housing.. there aren't but a few schools in the A+ range in Arizona.. so don't expect much..

No its not a Ford job but it is a job at the proving grounds
After reading a few web sites I think Kingman is where I would end up I get the job.
How is the Kingman area to raise a family?
How close am I to some rock crawling or do I have to start changing the XJ to a Sand Runner?

Never 4 wheeled there myself but read the thread below this entitled "Kingman Trails". Well documented and great photos.

what about bullhead? bullhead is bigger and closer then kingman, lake havasu, sedona...etc. and we got a river and a lake and plenty of trails to wheel
edit: Plenty of rocks too
