depends. v8 zj coils gave me almost exactly 1 inch.

Not if things like ride quality, and flex are important.
OP: Mine came with around 90K already on them. I netted aobut 1/2" from the spring. The sad fact is that worn out V-8 springs improved the ride and overall driveability.

v8 GC coils are supposed to give 1 inch lift.
4.0 GC coils give 1/2 inch. I know this, cause I run them on my XJ.

If you find upcountry ZJ v8 springs, they should give you 2". I had regular V8 Zj springs that gave not quite 1". I didn't like the way they rode either.
