bumper sketch help

Hey found a guy who owns a CNC plasma cutter and was wondering if anyone has a front bumper design with a hitch

My front bumper has a hitch (2" receiver actually).
Mine is just a 3" x 6" piece of rectangular steel with a 2" square hole cut out it and a 2" receiver segment welded into it (double shear).
nothing too difficult.

I don't have any photos of it without a winch in the receiver.
