RC 4.5 with uppers or without?

I have a 95 with a D30/Chry8.25 stock gearing and it is a dd with minimal offroading due to not having time with work. I will be doing some occasional mudholes and the simple trails but nothing crazy. Call it a mallcrawler oh well lol.

My question is, should i fork out the extra on the kit with the uppers and the 2.2 shocks or should I just stick with the basic 4.5 kit with full leafs and just lowers?

If you aren't wheeling, you probably don't need the upper control arms.
