Have you seen this rear bumper?

I found this online and want to build this rear bumper. Problem is that it is a low quality picture and can't see any real details. Anyone recognize this?

Id say its a custom tube bumper built into the tank skid and a hitch added as well. You'd just have to fab it from scratch Id bet.

Ride Description:
Dana 44 high pinion front axel with Detroit locker, Yukon axels and 538 gears. Dana 60 full floater rear welded and moved back 3". Irok 39.5 x 13.5 on steel 17 x 9 wheels with weld on bead locks. Home made long arms with Rustys 8" springs. Jeep Speed 8 point cage, Warn 9000lb winch, and hand bent front and rear bumper. Stock 4.0 engine with 242 Transfer case behind automatic transmission.
