Do you guys remember what you were doing when that first plane in the towers? I do, I was just getting up for work when I turned on the tv to see the video all over the news showing the plan hit the towers, then all of a sudden the second plan hit. Then the plan hit the Pentigon, then the plan crash in Pensylvania. The worst day is US history. All around the country people were glued to there tv's. I remember we didnt work all day all we did was sit and watch tv.
Today we remember the thousands of Mom, Dads, Son's, Daughter's, and hero's that were in those planes, buildings and on the ground that lost there lives. All I can say is you all are deeply miss and blessed by god to be in a better place!!

I was sleeping soundly my sister had to call like 5 times to wake me and my wife up as we had both worked late the night before.. We woke up shortly before the second plane hit and spent the next 5 hours trying to find out what happened to our father who was stationed in Egypt at the time with his wife..
Lucky for them they were under lockdown at the places they lived and are still to this day safe..

I still respect and honor those who have, will, and still do serve..
OHHHH Raaaa.

Its interesting to me that you guys on here call yourself Americans and support our country but the so many of you read over an actual important post such as remembering out falling suvillians, firefighters, and port authority and dont say a word. But then some idiotic post shows up and you guys jump all over it! Way to show the importance of people who lost there lives for absolutely nothing. Including two of my close friends!

I spent the day with my children at home watching the news. it was definately a sad day in American history. I expressed a moment of silence before walking into work tonight, then pledged my allegiance to the American flag that is flying in front of our building.

God speed to all who lost thier lives on 9/11.

My sister woke me saying "they blew up the world trade center". I must say I was annoyed and thought she was hunting for attention. So I called her out on it and she told me to look at the TV. Sure enough the one tower was on fire. Just after the second tower was attacked I went to school. Half the people there ditched class and were hanging out in the parking lot listening to car radios. The entire day had an erie feeling to it. I didn't feel safe at all that day and wondered for quite a while if LA was next.

I was at work on the phone with a business I.T. Department working on there multi-site server system when this happened. Microsoft Support pretty much shut down that day and we watched the events unfold on the TV's in the break rooms.
I watched this video today: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21134540/vp/39131399#39085208
Pretty cool to watch the rebuilding going on 24 hours a day.
