'01 rear wiper/rear wiper issue.

2001 XJ, automatic trans, 4.0...

playing with the lever on the column:
-turning the front wipers on results in the rear wiper coming on. front does nothing.
-trying to use the washer fluid (pulling on the lever) nothing happens.

rear wiper switch on dash:
- pressing it results in nothing
- trying to use the rear washer fluid results in nothing.

(but nothing i mean nothing, dont even hear the pumps)

I have a 2001 and the front washer and wipers work, the back wiper works, but the back washer does not. I also don't hear the pumps. Since the front washer works I figured it was just a pump, and since the back wiper works, I'm not too motivated to fix it. I'm also a noob and wouldn't even know where to start anyways! But good luck, I will subscribe to this and hope you find an answer to your problems.
