dove hunting

for those concerned, yes i am still around.... busy but around.

so i am wanting to do the dove hunt this year (season opened on the first) but i haven't been hunting before. i was wondering if anyone knew of some good areas fairly close by to hunt.

Let's emphasize that. Also, if you clean the birds in the field, leave one wing on. G&F will confiscate all your birds if you don't. Limit ten per person per day. This year, you can hunt from sun up to sun down, no need to stop shooting at noon like years past.

Stay on the trails, don't make a mess. Pack it in, pack it out.
