I read the lyrics and am hard pressed to see any racial overtones...because there aren't any. States he used his own e-mail account, but was he accessing that e-mail from the school computer (misuse of government property) and possibily while on the clock? That is what may be the grounds for termination.

Looks like a good lawsuit waiting to happen.

I agree with you 100 percent (shudder!).

Would be fun to file the law suit, then subpoena ALL records of computer access of personal email accounts using school computers for the entire school district--fire one, fire them all?
